If all power belongs to Jesus why struggling with your own power? The scripture above shows that you as a man  have no power on your own to achieve Godly success. Jesus said without him you can do nothing.   Colossians 2:6 " 6: As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him:" Consistency is the  key to spiritual growth. You need to be consistence so as to obtain sufficient growth.  The law of the spirit respond to consistency, Jesus Christ spoke about a woman who was persistence asking a Judge to avenge her enemy, at first the judge doesn't have interest but due to her consistency in her plea she was granted her request.
